I lead UX and Design at Dootrix, shaping high quality digital products across native mobile and web applications. With over 9 years’ experience, I specialise in product design, design systems, and design strategy, with a focus on embedding AI into modern design operations.

I’ve worked across fast moving start ups and established cross functional teams, championing user centred design to create meaningful, scalable digital experiences. I care about building products that are both useful and thoughtfully crafted, and about raising standards through systems thinking and collaboration.

As a design leader, I build robust design systems and partner closely with engineers and delivery teams to turn strategy into well crafted products. I’m passionate about growing people as well as products, mentoring designers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Outside of design, you’ll usually find me keeping active, taking my cocker spaniel Ozzy out for long walks, going for a run, or attempting to channel Erling Haaland on the 5 a side pitch with mixed results. I’m always on the lookout for new restaurants and coffee spots to try. I’m a Manchester City season ticket holder, my favourite wrestler is Cody Rhodes, and I’m currently attempting to learn Spanish.
