I'm Jack, a design leader and systems thinker helping teams turn complex problems into clear, scalable products and experiences.

Based in Manchester, I lead UX and Design at Dootrix, partnering with product, engineering and business teams to shape AI-enabled products, enterprise software and consumer experiences.

Over the last nine years I've worked with startups and established organisations, leading everything from early discovery and product strategy through to design systems, native mobile apps and enterprise platforms.

Outside work you'll usually find me running, walking Ozzy, searching for Manchester's best coffee, watching City, or trying to convince myself I can still play five-a-side.

If we meet, there's a good chance we'll end up talking about design systems, AI, Cody Rhodes, Manchester coffee spots or why Kevin De Bruyne's passing range deserves its own case study.
